In 2003, I decided to offer Buxton Cycling Club sponsorship, as I have
been a member for many years and thought it would both benefit the club
and my shop.
In order to help the whole club, I proposed to subsidise the price of
the new kit to everyone who ordered it initially. The new clothing design
was a huge hit with all members, and helped put a new face on the club
for a very successful year in 2004.
I also provide a 'club road bike' for any club member to use - particularly
new younger members who may only have a mountain bike.
